With the development of country’s constructer, more and more ventilation ducts are needed. But the present generally adopted organic fiber glass duct do not have ideal fire control performance and expensive; the zincking iron plate is flameless but easily get rust, corroded and damaged. To overcome these shortages, we developed BF-I flameless Glass fiber reinforced and magnesium oxy-chloride gelatinous materials composite duct and plate, which have fine performance, fire-control, fire bearing, anti-corrosion, cold and heat proof, high strength, no-poison and flameless. It have reached the requirements of the CB/J items16~87 and items 3,9,12 of requirement that “ventilation, air condition system should adopt flameless material”. It can be widely used for air condition and air gamble and outlet in power department, chemical industry, air defence shelter project, mine, textile and construction.
This series products could also be manufactured into main body hanged ceiling, corrugated tile, weatherboarding, which possess fire-control and decoration effects.
According customers different requirement, we also developed BF-II heat preservation compound duct.

三、using value of BF-1flameless Glass fiber reinforced and magnesium oxy-chloride gelatinous materials composite duct (compared with iron plate and fiber glass) |
1. Compared with fiber glass: besides flamelessness, glass fiber reinforced and magnesium oxy-chloride gelatinous materials composite duct also have the advantages of organic fiber glass, and saving manufacture cost about 65% than organic fiber glass, so it is a new generation industry material instead of organic fiber glass.
2. Compared with iron plate mental material: glass fiber reinforced and magnesium oxy-chloride gelatinous materials composite duct is anti-corrosion and anti-rust, but rust will be heavily generated at the duct inside wall of iron plate. What is more, iron plate have fine heat conductance performance, perfect heat separating disposal should be adopted to deal with it. From manufacture, glass fiber reinforced and magnesium oxy-chloride gelatinous materials composite duct is much more easily to be produced, different shape could be manufactured according customers’ requirement, which solve the complex manufacturing craft to made iron plate by themselves.

1、structure type:
We also have developed BF-II heat preservation ventilation duct, with heat conductance 20% less than common one, low cost, fine effect and aspect, which also contains the performance of BF-I.

五、installation method and notice |
Installation methods:
①according design requirement, install it along the design drawing
②Asbestos yarn should be used to connect ducts, or after installation, seal it with same material and connected with screw.
③Every 1500mm should be fastened for vertical installation; every 2500mm should set a hanger for horizontal installation.
④Hangers should be set at many neck-changed ducts.
⑤Hanger should be set at the end part of duct, and be fastened.
Notice:
①Striking should be avoided during installation, especially for flange.
②Duct and hanger could not used as supporter to fasten or lift other weight things, as well as scaffold.
