TS4-79 speed regulatable energy saving centrifugal ventilation№.6 air-outlet directions of TS4-79 speed regulatable energy saving centrifugal ventilation are 0°～225°, with 45° interval, type A driven way; №.7～14 air-outlet directions are 0°、90°、180°, among which №.7、8 are with type C and type E driven ways, №.10~14 adopts type E driven way.
№.6 TS4-79 speed regulatable energy saving centrifugal ventilation is composed of impeller, shell, air-inlet and direct driving motor; besides the above apparatus, №. 7~14 contains driving part.
1. Impeller is composed of sixteen back-canted arc plate blades, curve front-plate and flat rear plate; all of them are made of steel. After dynamic and static balance regulation, the ventilations possess fine aerodynamic, high efficiency and stable running.
2. Shell could be made into two styles. Shells of №.7-12 are continuously welded and could not be demounted. Shell of №.14 is divided style, which is divided into two parts along the horizontal section and connected by screw.
3. air-inlet is made into whole of the shell in the fan side and forms curve shape with the shaft-direction parallel section, which could induce air freely with little loss.
4. Driving parts contains main shaft, bearing case, ball bearing and pulley. TS4-79 speed regulatable energy saving centrifugal ventilation is a new type fan with regulatable flow volume and air pressure, so it is suitable for the regulated flow volume required situation caused by the work rhythm, temperature difference between day and night, different seasons and the disaster in civil building, tall building and underground construction. One machine has two usage which could decrease machine occupying space and saving relative consumption.
TS4-79 speed regulatable energy saving centrifugal ventilation could be used as smoke exchanger for general ventilation and the fire fighting. The smoke exchanging time is short in fire fighting (generally be half an hour) and the highest temperature is 280℃. The series fans contain three speed rate (the rate between low speed and high speed)750：1000 or 1：1.33、1000：1500 or 1：1.5 and 500：1000 or 1：2.
