Basing on the design theory of ‘low frequency large damping damper’, ZT fan special spring damper concatenates several compressed spiral springs to raise the stable of products.Metal net of absorb material could not only develop the damping coefficient, but also could prolong its work life. To be convenient installed, rubber pad could be set under the damper to increase friction coefficient, and also could be directly put between the pedestal of damper and bracket. If damping system should be connected with damper, bolt and fasten panel should be set on damping system. ZT fan special spring damper is well designed, easily be installed, with low frequency and large friction, obviously damping and noise muffling effect. It is a general-used pre-compressed absorb spring damper.
There are seven types of ZT fan special spring damper. Single charge load is 60kg～580kg, vibration frequency 2.76Hz～3.48Hz, resistance ratio is 0.1.Tthis series dampers are not only used for fan, but also could be applied for attenuating vibration of pump, cooling water units, air condition units and other machines. |
