HUIFENG automatic roof ventilation

　　Working theory of natural ventilation:
With generated centrifugal power from turning of impeller by the power of wind, the air could happen to flow, as the blades of the ventilation are very thin and light, so just breeze could drive them to rotate. When the rotation of turbo, centrifugal power could be generated, which will output the heat, fume or humidity air. After the outputting of air, there will be a low pressure district below the turbo, which is called chimney effect. With the rotation of turbo, the fresh air outdoors will flow in, the air exchanging purpose will reach.

Installation instruction

Note: avoid set ventilators in mess flow place or the low roof which is near wall, the distance between each ventilator should more than 3m. special ventilators are required in hot district.

 1、location
　　In ideal condition, ventilation should be installed close to the ridge. Antiwater plate should be set on the roof; the up-canted edge of it should be set 10cm into the ridge metal cover.
2、Cutting hole:
　　Taking the inside hole of antiwater fix plate as sample, you should draw the outline of the hole. Then use roof cutter to finish the cutting of hole. Repair and furbish the cut edge. Then cut the warm keeping sponge according “米”shape , throw away part of warm keeping sponge, then stuff warm keeping sponge with aluminum foil between steel plate and the other part of warm keeping sponge.
3. stick antiwater puddle band and antiwater silicon glue
　　Stick antiwater puddle on the connected zone between antiwater plate and ridge cover. Stick antiwater puddle on the two side of the integrated wave climax , tear up the top paper layer and smear antiwater silicon glu between the plug and color steel plate.
4、Fix the antiwater basing plate.
　　Fix the antiwater basing plate on the wall using more than ten screws or rivet.
5.Installation of angle variable duct.
　　Fix the angle variable duct on the basing plate, turn the rotatable part of the duct, adjust the duct 90°measured by gradienter, making the top of angle variable duct to be horizontal. After regulation, draw sign with color pen on the rotatable part of the duct and the part between duct and basing plate.
6、fix the angle variable duct
　　Using more than four ??? screw, fix the duct on the basing plate. Using mental splint and aluminum rivet fix the two rotatable sides together and along the line drawn before.
7、Fix the top of turbo on the angle variable duct
　　Set the four supports of turbo top into the preleft chases, and then fix it on the duct with four screws.
8、 Check and adjustment
　　Make sure that the screw and rivet are fixed; the turbo top working stable and is not distorted caused by transportation or installation. Then smear antiwater silicon glue on the plug and around basing plate.
