NBL back flow fiber
glass cooling tower As the motor capacity
is comparative lower than the other homogenous
products, all the cooling towers we produced are
power saving. The water temperature of low noise
and super low noise types generally could be
reduced 3-8℃,
suitable for the air condition cooling and other
general water cooling.
Based on the low noise
cooling tower, super low noise tower adopts
another series noise control methods. The
standard noise level is~5dB(A)lower
than the relevant low noiseproducts. They suit to the quiet required
places like hotels, hospitals, public building
and the places around civil residence. The basic
apparatus, companion pipeline, motor voltage are
the same with relative low noise type products,
the cooling water volume is also the same. The moderate and high
temperature industry type cooling tower could
reduced 10-25℃ of water temperature. Diameter of tower, flow
volume, air pressure, power and filling material
are added of this type. They are suitable for
the high temperature water cooling in industry.
This industry tower is with high grade
thermodynamic, the customers could choose a much
suitable one. Meaning of codes: DBNL3-100type,D
low noise, B fiber glass, Nback flow style,
L-cooling tower, 3-the third design ,100-flow
volume 100m3/h in standard condition,
GBNL3-100type, G-for industry, high temperature
cooling, CDBNL3-100 ,CDsuper low noise.

and 1.5m above the ground.
2.This type is designed when
watery ball temperature T=28℃, flow-in water temperature t1=37℃,flow-out water
temperature t2=32℃, that is the reduced water temperature isΔt=5℃,
near to t2-t=4℃.
3.when t=28℃,Δt=5℃ and
8℃,t2=32℃ and
T=27℃,Δt=5℃ and 8℃,t2=32℃ cooled water volume could be referred from the
table. Another volume should be referred
from thermodynamic curve.
4. water pressure
refers to the one from pipeline connection
. 1kgt/cm2=9.8×104Pa, so the water
pressures of this type is between 0.2 to
0.49 kgt/cm2.

Instruction:

than 72dB(A) when star type gear retarder
is used.When dynamic retarder is used, its
noise level is the same withlow noise type products.
2.The listed cooled
water volume is measured when ball watery
temperature is t=27℃ and t=28℃,
other conditions see the follow: when
water reduced temperature Δt=10℃, the flow-in water temperature t1=43℃, flow-out water volume t2=33℃. When water reduced temperature Δt=20℃ and 25℃ ,
flow-in water temperature t1 is 60 and 55℃,
flow-out water temperature t2=35℃.
3.Water pressure is
measure at the pipeline connection. As
1kgt/cm2=9.8×104Pa, the water pressure of
this type products is between 0.3 to
0.5kgt/cm2.
