HBL crossflow fiberglass Cooling Tower   
 Features:
    Crossflow fiberglass Cooling Towers contain BHZ series and HBL series. BHZ series contain low noise type and super low noise type, the single tower cooled water volume is 80100125150175200m3/h. with its features of low air flow speed and low noise make it suit to the places where have strict demand of noise level. The cooled water volume could reach 1200m3/h when installed. Besides the above two types, HBL series also contain industry type for cooling of middle and high temperature water. the single tower cooled water volume is 300500700m3/h, they are also can be used concatenated. It have  features as  high speed flow ,compared higher noise than composed tower(lower than return flow tower) and less ground occupied.

Instruction :
    1.Design according the follow working condition: temperature of flow-in water t1=43, temperature of flow-out water t2=33, temperature of watery ball t=28,atmosphere Pa=753mmHg,, water cooling temperature t=10, close temperature t2-t=5.
    2.The water is introduced by pipelines from both sides. If water will be introduced from one side, the main pipeline will be thicker and set out the side of air stack, the other side pipeline should cross the air stack of tower top.
3.表中标准点噪声值,侧点为进风窗前塔体平面的当量直径远,距地面1.5米高.

1.N is the number of concatenated machines, N=3.
2.The depth H, the size and position of flow-out water pipe, polluted water pipeline and absolutely drainage are determined by the real condition. (suggest H=1500mm ).
3.The steel concrete water pool is designed and found by units, for instance adopting blueprint designed by the fourth design institute of Luoyang agricultural mechanic committee. Customers could send mails or directly come here to supply the project geological documents, and design by the forth institute or design by the customer-self. The basic load and still anchor are supplied by the fourth institute.

    1.
Taking the temperature of watery t=28  , flow in water temperature of low noise and super low noise t=37, flow-out water temperature t=32, that isΔt=5, t2-t=4 . For industry type, temperature of high temperature tower t=28℃,t=43℃,t=33, that isΔt=10t2-t=5.
    2.
Temperature of the cooling water t=28 and t=27℃,t1=37℃,t2=32ort1=40℃,t2=32of low noise type. There are also cooling water temperatures t1=60℃,t2=35℃及t1=55℃,t2=35 of industry type.
3.
the noise is measured air inlet window or the screen diameter far, 1.5m above ground, diameter D=1.13√L×B.
