HL3-2A、PYHL-14A、HLF-6 High efficiency low noise mix flow fan
1.Briefing and features:
　　HL3-2A low noise power saving mix flow fan and PYHL-14A low noise power saving fans for fire fighting and fume exhaust are new type of fans between axial and centrifugal fans. They have larger flow volume than centrifugal fans and high air pressure than axial fans, high efficiency, power saving, low noise and conveniently installation. The fan is mainly composed of impeller, air funnel, opening air collector, guide vane , motor and etc. the impeller adopts meridional accelerated distorted vanes which welded on the hub, and possess fine pneumatic performance after the balance test.
2.Usage :
　　HL3-2A mix flow fans are generally used to ventilation; PYHL-14A mix flow fire fighting and fume exhaust fans could be used to exchange high temperature fume as well as to ventilation. It could continuously work for 60min in 300℃, suit to exchange fume of tunnel, underground garage, underground shop, underground store and advance building. When there is on fire, the smoke could be exhausted in time and also the ideal companion products for fire fighting. This type fans have been adopted by the hall of Zhongnanhai, Beijing Zhongguancun, Shanghai oriental bear TV station, Dalian Olympic project, Shenzhen Wanhao Five star hotel, Xiamen Atlantic sea view town and etc.
3.Performance choice
　　1. the listed performance is the one under the highest efficiency, there are five different performance points, you can refer to the performance table when choosing.  The total pressure aberration of quality passed products is less than ±5％. This performance table is the parameter measured in standard situation. All the performance in document or in ordering list should the standard one.
    2. the fan could be installed standing or lying. If there are special requirements for flow volume, pressure, installation dimension, we could re-design the fan for you.
    3. the listed noise level refers to the pipeline installed fan noise.
4. Installation and using of mix flow fan
　  1.when install the fan, make sure all the apparatus is ok and connection part is fasten.
    2.Horizontal installed. Adjust the contact section of fan with the ground basic and connections with the air out pipeline, making them connected naturally, but not connect them forcedly. Not put the pipeline on the fan instruments.
    3.Stop the running and check the fan when there is violent vibration and abnormal phenomenon.
    4.If fan is used outdoor, protection to avoid rain should be set. Clean the fan in certain time to anti-rust.
