PYF series fire fighting fume ventilation heat-bear fan

Usage and feature
　　With excellent high temperature bearing capacity, this type fan has passed the GBJ50045—95. What is more, based on the higher quality guarantee system, this type fan could continuously work for 100min under 400℃ temperature, and longer time under 150℃. They are widely used in advanced civil building, oven, underground garage, tunnel and etc.
　　 Widely Suitable range: according to the different requirement of advanced civil buildings, the fan can adopt rate transmission or multi-rate actuated type to reach purpose of dual usage by one motor(for ventilation and fume exchanging in fire fighting).
　　 High efficiency: adopting CAD series software and by advance multi-aimed designed, this new type of fan is with efficiency of 80%,some types’ efficiency are above 85%. The flat efficiency curve is good for power saving.
　　 Conveniently installed: compared with centrifugal fans , this type fans belong to axial fans, which could be installed standing, lying or hanging, and with the cradle and vibration isolation pad, occupies less than two thirds ground than centrifugal fans.
　　PYF series fire fighting fume ventilation heat-bear fans can be produced into anti-explored type, with the same fan performance parameter and type, they suit to the conveying easily-burn and explore gas situation.

●Note:
1.the pneumatic performance parameter in the table is matured under standard situation. When temperature is higher than 20℃, fan total pressureP₂=P₁╳ρ2/ρ1╳（273+t₁）/（273+t₂），（t₁=20℃）公式变化。（P-total pressure, ρ-intensity, t-temperature）
2.pneumatic actuation is up to the GB123—85 principle, noise test GB/T288—91 principle.
3.to assure the reliable of fan, the newly installed fan capacity should be larger.
4、 the suggested flow volume and pressure are the max efficiency zone of fan. If special usage is needed, you can refer to the performance curve.
