As there are many different kinds of boilers, which with different quality coal, after set dust-clean and rest heat using equipments, inadequate inducing force will be generated and influence boiler normal work. To solve the problems as inadequate inducing force and pressure in the hearth, high efficiency boiler induced-draft fans with various flow volume and pressure to match different boilers.
2.Types of Y6-30-12 boiler induced-draft fan
1. Fan could be divided into two types, right hand (RD) and left hand (LG). Viewing from motor side, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called right hand fan, and indicated by RD, the opposite called left hand fan, and indicated by LG.
2. Fan outlet position is indicated by the air-outlet angle of the shell, rotation direction of LG and RD could be make in 0°, 45°、90°、135°180°、225°also could be made. Customers should note the rotation direction and air-outlet angle during order.

3. Structure of Y6-30-12 boiler induced-draft fan
Fan is mainly composed by impeller, shell, air regulation grille and air-inlet.
1. Impeller is consist of blades, curve front-plate and flat rear-plate, all of which are made of steel panel. After dynamic and static balance regulation, impeller possesses fine aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise and stable running.
2. Shell is scroll type welded of steel plate.
3. Generally, fans composes air volume regulator to regulate the flow volume and make the flow volume and pressure to the best situation for boiler.
4. Driving system consists of main shaft, bearing case, and coupling. Main shaft is made of fine steel, bearing is ball bearing. There is enough space of bearing case to place cooling oil and fuel level indicator to assure the normal running.
4.Option and using of Y6-30-12 boiler induced-draft fan
1. Performance of inducing fan: it is indicated by the parameters of flow volume, total pressure, shaft power and efficiency. (see the fan performance diagram). The parameters in table are calculated according temperature t= 200℃,atmosphere P=101300Pa, smoke density P=0.745kg/m3.
1) If using condition is not the same with the above one, performance parameter should be calculated according the follow formulas.
In the formulas, P1, Q1,N refer to the parameter in performance table total pressure(Pa), flow volume(m3/h), shaft power(kw); t2、B、Q2、P2、N2 refer to the temperature, atmosphere, flow volume, total pressure and shaft power in using condition.

In the formulas: Q2、P2、η refer to the flow volume(m3/h), total pressure (Pa) and inside power of inducing fan in using condition.

K is the motor capacity safety parameter, generally is 1.3
When choosing motor, the power should not less than the required power parameter.
(2) how to choose fan
1. As this induce-draft fan designed to match boiler, you can just use it according performance table when it is used for boiler. When the air-outlet changed after the reform of boiler, users could choose the statistic in the table according smoke volume and resistance level.
2. When the fan is used for other usage, users could choose it after calculating parameters according the above formulas.
3. Flow volume regulator generally set in the air-inlet of induced draft fan (or using the boiler accessory regulator) to regulate flow volume and air pressure for other usages.
