Y5-47II type air-input fan for furnace is suitable for the 0.2~20t/h industry furnace with anti-fume equipment.

1)1)The air-input fan is single air-inlet, have various eleven types of №3.15、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12.4.
2)This type fans could be divided into two types : LG and RD.Viewing from the one motor side, if the impellers rotate clockwise , it is called right hand ventilator .if the impellers rotate anti-clockwise, it is called left hand ventilator.
3) the air outlet places are shown by the angles of the shell outlet, LG and RD could be made in to 0°、90°、180° three angles.
4)the transmission types of this fan contain type C and type D, the fan is directly driven by the motor by means of pulley and flexible shaft connection equipment.

Y5-47II type fans are advanced basing on the Y5-47 type fans.
The total efficiency is 85.6%,noise level is 12.5dB.
Compared with type Y5-47 fans, type Y5-47II is advanced. The heat conserving level is obviously lower. №3.15C(for 0.2~0.5tfurnace)、4D(for 0.7~1tfurnace)、5D(for 2t furnace)、6D(for 4tfurnace)、7C(for 4t,6tfurnace)、10D(for 6t furnace)、11D(for 10tfurnace) seven new types were added to match different furnaces.
As different types of furnaces, great disparity quality coal, various dust clarity equipments and pipeline resistance, the requirement flow volume of fans is different. To suit the different situation and considering the economic and stable of fans, this type fans adopt two transmission types, D and C (driven by shaft connection equipment and V belt). 0.7~20t/h furnace could match with type D, 0.2~10t/h furnace matches with type C. If using V belt, you can adjust the main-shaft speed to obtain ideal flow volume and pressure. Structure of Y5-47II type air-input fan for furnace:
This type of fans are composed mainly by impeller, shell, air inlet, transmission units , valve and etc
1)the impeller contains two 16Mn backward plate blades, which are welded between the arc impeller cover and broad plate. Dynamically balance.
Stable performance, heavy duty bearing, abrasion resistant, and long life.
2)shell is welded to scroll type adopting steel lamination.
3) main shaft of driving transmission is made of high quality steel, ball bearing(M3.15-7 adopts low noise bearing) with two paratactic bearing pedestals, no. 2 Calcium and sodium lubricate grease and self-cooling blades, simple structure.
4)The inlet opening is integral made bolted on one side of the shell.
5)This type has valve to adjust the flow volume of fan. Fans bellow NO.6 are made with three blades, shutter type, easily closed.
Fans above no.7 are made with eight to twelve plum blossom type blades, with high efficiency and reliable structure. The valve is set in front of the inlet, with the adjusting range from 90°(totally closed) to 0°(totally opened). To the RD fan, viewing from the inlet, spanner rotates anti-clockwise, the valve is from close to open, to LG fan, if the spanner rotates clockwise, the valve is from close to open.

1) Design and using unites should choose the air-input fan, concrete performance and matched motor in the option table according to the required the flow volume and total pressure.
2) Fan performance and speed performance in the table are divided into eight parts during the 90% max performance.
3)the tested total pressure closes the designed tolerance before put out. No more than ±5%
4) in the table , №3.15 fan is measured when temperature t=250℃,pneumatic pa=101.325kPa,air density P=0.672kg/m3 , №.4 and above fan is measured when temperature t=200℃, pneumatic ρ=101.325kPa,air density P=0.742kg/m3,the fan curve and performance chart refer to the ones when the valve blinds are totally open (0°).
5)if the using condition does not go along with the condition in 4), the performance could transformed refer to the follow formulas |
