9-19、9-26 series high pressure centrifugal fan Usage and type:
　　Generally used for the metallurgy furnace and high pressure imperative ventilation. Widely used to transmit materials, air and unselfburn、unharmful、erosionless gas. No stick material in the gas, the dust and grain containing level less than 15mg/m3, temperature lower than 80℃. To avoid the friction spark during transmitting easily explored and burned gas, we could adopt embossed aluminum impeller and explore-control motor. Their performance and parameter are the same with the general fans.
　　9-19、9-26 series high stress centrifugal ventilator could be made into LG and RD types. Viewing from the one motor side, if the impellers rotate clockwise, it is called right hand ventilator .if the impellers rotate anti-clockwise, it is called left hand ventilator. The outlet place is shown by the outlet angle of the shell.
　　9-19、9-26 series high pressure centrifugal fans are single inlet type, contain №.4～16 thirteen types, among which №.4～6.3 belong to type A driven , №.7.1～16 belong to type D driven.

№.4～6.3 fans in 9-19、9-26 series high pressure centrifugal fans are mainly composed by impellers, shell, inlet cone matched with distributed direct connection motor; besides the components above, №.7.1-16 also posses transmission part.
1)1) impeller: type 9-19 has twelve impellers, type 9-26 have sixteen impellers, all of them are 、front curved vane. After shaped and dynamic balance adjustment, they are with good pneumatic performance, high efficiency and stable running.
2)2) shell : all-continued welded adopting high-quality steel
3)3) Air inlet made in whole was set in one side of the fan , the section parallel with the shaft is curve, which could let the air in freely with less loss.
4)4) Actuating part: made up by main shaft, bearing case and shaft connection equipment.

　　The performance is measured under standard condition. All the performance parameters in technology documents or ordering requirements are considered the standard ones. So in the un-standard conditions, you should transform the parameters into the standard ones.
