F-270 manual and electric fan

1.Briefing

　　It could used to obtain fresh air after filter poison in the underground projects. When the electricity supply is ok, the fan could driven by electricity; when electricity supply is cut , the fan could be driven manually. It is the necessary air exchange equipment for air defence projects or underground buildings.

3.Installation , using and maintenance of F270-2

　 1. Make sure the motor insulation and the balance of three phase power reach the requirement before installation. Make sure every part of the fan is fastened and rotate flexible. Then add oil about 35mm and make the bottom of double chain gear could touch the oil surface.
　　2. The rotation handle center is 0.8 to 1.056m above the ground. Customers could connect the filter pipeline and air clean pipeline with the air inlet according fan system diagram and professional design diagram; air outlet could connect with air-meter, FX-1 flow volume display or inside pipeline, but the filter, air-meter (flow volume display) and other pipeline, valve could not put onto the fan.
　　3. The motor and handle rotary direction must be the same along the sign that is the clockwise rotation of impeller viewing from the front of motor. These products are mainly used for war preparation. After the machine was shakedown run well, if it is not used that time, take down the handle and put it away near the fan.
　　4. three-phase motor could directly drive the fan; if single-phase motor is used, please close the air duct first, open the air duct until the rotation speed reaches the rating. Add lube on the main shaft by the back rotation handle to make the shaft lubricant.
　　5. Rotate the handle proportionally. If the rotation speed is not the rating one, the air capacity should be transformed according the follow formula.

　In the formula, n1, Q1, H1 refer to the rotation speed, flow volume and air pressure in rating condition.
　N2,Q2,H2 refer to the speed, flow volume and air pressure in real situation.
　　6. Do not make the motor run long and continuously when pipeline has not been installed.
　　7. check the isolation resistance in wet weather. Dry the isolation resistance when it lower than two tramegger.
　　8. Use professional ??? when dismount impeller.

4.Model dimension and installation size

Note:
　　1.All the bracket connection points should be welded.
　　2.Make the up plank and bottom be parallel when weld bracket.
　　3.If there is no special requirement, paint rustproof paint two times, then smear metal ?two times.
