1. DJF-1 pedal or electricity driving fan

DJF-1 Electricity and pedal driving fan is the necessary equipment to filter poison gas in the air defense project or the antiaircraft basement in war when electricity is cut and atom, chemical or bacteria arms were adopted by enemies. In war time, it could be used to ventilation and air filter for four hundred people by man force. In peace time, it could be used to ventilation of air defense project , underground hotel, restaurant and shop.

3.Installation of DJF-1 electric and pedal fan

　　1. Check over the connection part before installation, and make sure there is no impinge and abrasion phenomenon. Adjust the distance between air opening and impeller, and keep the horizontal position.
　　2.If the fan frame is loose, you should assemble the frame according the DJF-1 fan model dimension diagram, fastening the eleven fan frame parts and speed acceleration case by still anchors， making the two axes are concentric and set ??? on the hinge. The according maintain chapter of the instrument, shakedown the running of motor and the pedal alerting in different operation conditions.(the working condition handle is set on one side of speed acceleration case)

4.Maintenance of DJF-1 electric and pedal driven fan

　　It is generally driven by electricity, only in war pedal is used. As the situation is impendence when pedal driving is used, so every running part should be maintained well in peace time.
　　1. Make sure no oil leaking phenomenon happens in gear case. If it is needed, the seal pad should be changed.
　　2. Add lube on chain, gear and sheave to anti-rust.
　　3. Check the bracket system, and make sure no part is rust or loose.
　　4. Gear case maintenance: if the lube in fear case goes bad, empty it and add No.120 oil in ; if the oil is not adequate, add it until the oil surface is on the same level with the down- section of axel. Then run the fan by one man to check whether there is friction or impinging noise. If all is ok, run the fan by four men for five minutes.If trouble exists, repair it or change appurtenances.
　　5. If the fan will be free, uninstall the belt or loose the motor bracket to loose the belt.
Maintain the machine every three months. In hot weather, maintain it every one or two months.
