CF fume cleaner

一、Briefing :

With the development of food industry, the oil smoke pollution goes bad to worse. To decrease the fume pollution, after long times research in oil smoke cleaning field, we developed CF series high efficiency kitchen oil smoke cleaner, companioned with CF series Kitchen Smoke Exhaust pipeline fan, it passed the international IS09001 quality certification and becomes the magistral products of our company, widely used domestically.
This series products are compact constructed, conveniently installed and used, stable, long working life, high cleaning efficiency, no-pollution, low statistic pressure, fine fireproof capacity and with special kitchen use fan, its cleaning rate has passed the country environment protection criterion (GWPB5-2000<oil smoke output criterion in food industry>), every performance coefficient occupies the front place in country. They are widely used in hotels, restaurants, dinning-hall and obtained customers reward.

二、Technology theory and features:

    1. the connection of machinery separating and static accumulated disposes the oil, smoke and gas separately, machinery separating the particle with larger diameter, static separating the micro and sub-micro particle.
    2. CF oil smoke cleaner contains pre-disposal and final-disposal. Pre-disposal intercepts the large particle in oil smoke. Final-disposal put 10KV direct surge pressure into the anode and cathode electric field by high pressure static generator to make high pressure electric field, touch with the electric field, oil smoke will generate large amount of high efficiency electron and ozone, which electronize the oil smoke and generate electric charge. The electric charge contained oil smoke will be sorbed on the electrode panel when across the rear dust accumulation electric field which could remove oil, output smoke and deodorizing. Pre-disposal filter, electric field are drawer style, and could easily be dismounted and maintained.
    3.Basing on absorbing the foreign advantage technology, CF oil smoke cleaner is set with large power static generator, special designed circuit, automatic load tracker and trouble identifying technology bring the cleaner soft start, regulatable voltage, automatic work condition checking, no oil smoke influenced electric field and continuously high pressure short current. The vapor, oil smoke fire short current could be automatically dealt in time and no apparatus will be damaged .
    4. The cleaner shell and electric field structure are made of steel, electric stage panel is made of aluminum plank, which make the cleaner fire and explore proof. Horizontal style and standing style cleaners could be designed according customers’ demands. Generally, the cleaner is horizontal style ( as this style is structured simply and with less resistance and advanced smoke dealing ways).
    5. The oil feculence gathering avoids repollution by the outputting of polluted water. As the cleaner realizes low outputting, no chimney should be set on the top of building, it will not destroy the city view and public safety. No noise generated bring the ambient environment fresh and quiet.

三、Model performance parameter:

Instruction :
    1.The above parameter is in the condition when dealing 2000m³/h-24000m³/h smoke. Users could set the parameter themselves when the smoke volume is larger than 24000m³／h.
     2.The rated voltage is single-phase ～220V/50Hz. Three wires should be adopted in power supply, one of them is used to connect the earth. Diameter of the wire should not less than 1.5mm2.
    3.The disposed flow volume in the table refers to the cleaning efficiency and outputting smoke density the cleaner could reach in that volume
    4.Consider if the cleaner weight suits the installation position and ambient environments.
