1、structure of 4-79 centrifugal fan
The air outlet angles of №3～6 type in 4-79 centrifugal fans are0°～225°, with the interval of 45°, type A driven; air outlet angles of №.7～20 fans are 0°、90°、180°, driven types of №.7-12 are C or E, №.14～20 is type E. Air outlet angles of №.2×5～2× are 0°、90°、180°, type E driven way.
4-79 centrifugal fans are mainly composed by impeller, shell, air inlet and direct distribution motor; besides the above mentioned apparatus, №.7～20及№.2× 5～2×20 also have transmission parts.
1)Impeller consists of sixteen arc laminate blades, curve front plate and board rear plate. Steel made. Performance balance. With well pneumatic performance, high efficiency and stable running.
2)Shells could be made into two types. The shells of №.3～12 and №.2×5～2×12 can not be dismounted. Shells of №.14～20 and №.2×14～2×20 are dual-open type, could divide to two parts along the middle horizon line, connected by screw.
3) The air inlet is made in whole set on one side of fan. The section parallel with the shaft is curve, which could make air input freely, with less loss.
4)Transmission parts consist main shaft, bearing case, rolling bearing and belt wheel.
