Briefing of tunnel fan

The introduced tunnel fans in this manual could be used for tunnel work of railway, traffic ,hydraulic power generation and ventilation of underground project.
The fan motor is set in the shell , direct connected with impeller. The materials fan conveyed mainly is un-erosive air, the dust contain level should less than 100mg/m3, temperature between -20℃ to 40℃, relative humidity lower than 95％.
Our tunnel fans contain the follow series：
Type SZW accelerated meridional tunnel fan is the newly developed high efficiency tunnel fan.
By means of the acceleration of meridional section , the pressure of this type fan could raise, and also this type fan is with the features of high efficiency, low noise and high pressure parameter.
By adopting dual-stage opposed rotating impeller, type 2SDZ opposed rotation axial tunnel fan and B2SDZ opposed rotation explored control axial fan are with larger pressure, higher efficiency, large flow, and compact structure.
SDK variable blades single-stage axial fan and 2SDK variable blades opposed rotation axial fan are advantage technology items we developed. The angle of blades could be adjusted, which makes the high efficient performance in different working conditions. The parameter in performance chart refer to the one when the installation angle is max.
3SCZ three-stage concatenation axial tunnel fan is concatenated by three stages, every stage could be dismounted to be used as an independent fan. |
