SDS- jet flow fans

  Jet flow fans are mainly used for the longitudinal ventilation of road and railway tunnel. They are generally hung on the top or side of tunnel, no flow channel should be found and place saving. As the cost of civil structure is low, jet flow fans are economic ventilation for it.
  When the fan works, much higher urge dynamic will be generated by the supplied power. At this time, part of the total air volume flow crossing tunnel will be input by the fan, after dealing with the impeller, this part air will be jetted in high speed. Basing on the theory of impulse dynamic driven, the high-speed air will transmit power to other air in the tunnel , impelling all the air flow forward. When the flow speed declined, another fan unit will work. By this way, fresh air is input from the tunnel inlet, polluted air is output from the tunnel outlet.
  Basing on our design and produce experience of tunnel ventilation equipments, taking SDS type jet flow fans as basics, we newly design another seven type advanced fans to supply a better matching between the fan and tunnel. The features of SDS jet flow fans:

5.Special motor which make fan durable. Working time much more than 20,000 hours.

Instruction of SDS jet flow fan
example:
SDS-90K-4P-D4 refers the diameter of impeller 90cm, matched with four-phases motor, kind four blade installation angle, single direction ventilation type SDS jet flow fan.
Classical structure of SDS jet flow fan  
1.Jet mouth: fluent model jet mouth improves the flow type, raises the performance efficiency.
2. Noise attenuator: two sides of the fan are set with noise attenuator. Attenuator is cylinder type, inside cylinder is punched board, and outside cylinder is welded by the rolled round steel. The filter between them is special anti-water noise-absorb material.
3. Fan part : shell is made by the welded rolled round steel, the flanges in the two sides making the noise attenuator is easily connected with the fan part. Motor and impeller are set inside, position fixed flange assures the interval between the blades is same. Aircraft wing blades are made by embossed aluminum.
4.Front and rear trim flow unit: nearly fluent type trim flow unit improves the flow situation, brings the fan relatively high efficiency.
5. Motor: specially designed motor adopts seal lube oil, and could work for 20,000 hours and performance in high temperature. The fixed voltage of motor is 380V, vibration isolation level Is F, protection level is IP54. line connection box is out of shell which could easily connect With cable.
 Technology explanation of SDS type jet flow fans
1)The statistic in this chapter is reliable basing on the years experience and work on pneumatic field.
2) Return flow of type K is 0.72~0.78 times of frontal flow. Return flow of type T jet flow fan is the same with its frontal flow.
3) SDS type jet flow fan could work durable and reliable in the temperature of -25~+50℃. Under the temperature of 250℃, it could continuously work for 60min reliably. The fans should be repaired or changed if they have worked in high temperature.
4) All of the apparatus are anti-rust disposed. Two layers of anti-rust paint and one layer facial paint are smeared. In special conditions, the fan could be made adopting stainless steel or electroplate.
5)Noise level is Adb which is measured 10m and 45℃ far from fan outlet outdoor.
