On the basis of absorbing and digesting the assimilating domestic and international product technology, our company is bold in creation, developed and produced Huifeng DWF series swingout electric direct driven air condition fan applying to various centralized, cupboard type air conditioner unit, cold and hot air curtain, Variable Air Volume air conditioner, air blower case, building ventilation and film xenon light heat source dispelling and ventilation for car painting room. As adopting the advanced swingout electric direct driven structure that, therefore this series are with large air amount, power consumptive , aesthetic in appearance, convenient installation, etc.. Compared with homogeneous products, its noise level is nearly 2-5dB lower, the vibration speed is 1.8mm/s smaller, 16% lighter.

structure features
1、Scroll was welded by bent cold roll steed or galvanized steel, or by occluded type.Its shape line is logarithm screw curve, so it is with excellent aerodynamics.
2、The air outlet of fan could be installed by 0°,9°,180°,270° four angles, like the follow image
3、Impeller was flanged and punched, and pressed riveted. Its balance quality is G5.6 degree.
4、The main shaft was made adopting high quality coal steel.
After adjustment and anti-corrosion disposal, the shaft was with high safe level.
5、The air inlet was made by high quality steel and screw pressing shaped, which keep the in let air was homogenous, decrease flow loss, improve the efficiency of impeller.
6、Three-phases direct return swingout armature motor which was setup in this fan was with low noise , axial mount and shell rotation. Impeller was set on the sheath of motor, and direct driven by the rotation of shell. This motor adopts three-phases pressure regulator: controllable cock pressure regulator, variable frequency equipment and etc., to realize no degree speed changing to suit the demand of variable system load.
