八、HTFC(DT)系列消防通风(两用)低噪声柜式离心风机使用、维护保养
　　1. check before using the fan
　　A.Know the type, style, air inlet and outlet position, relative installation dimension and electric requirement of matched motor.
　　B. Install the fan only making sure no distorts of the blades and shell, and the screws are fastened. If not, repair it.
　　C. Connection system should be set between smoke exchanging port and smoke exhauster. When each of the smoke exchanging port open, smoke exhauster could start automatically.
　　D. Make sure no obstacle particle is in the duct before start the fan; and make sure the circuit is perfect.
　　E. Check the apparatus in certain time after installation. Make sure the bearing lube is adequate to assure the work of fan.
　　F. Impeller rotation direction should be the same with direction of air cone arrowhead.
　　2．genral fan troubles
　　A. vibration. It is caused by many reasons. Users can check it from the follow facets:
　　　　a. impinge of the shell by distorted impeller caused by transport ion.
　　　　b. unfasten screw of fan pedestal.
　　　　c. impeller dynamic and static balance are damaged by the distorted impeller and the damaged driven pulley and bearing.
　　B. motor heats. Reasons may be as the follow:
　　　　a. motor bearing is damaged.
　　　　b. installation position tolerance of motor shaft and shell is not along the technology demand.
　　　　c. too low electricity pressure
　　3. maintenance
　　　　Check and repair the fan at least one year. Check the bearing and clean the dust and dirty inside the fan.
